TRAINING
- Monthly strength training program- Access to my training app where you will receive access to our strength training program rotating every 4 weeks (Gym and home options) with easily laid out workouts including demonstration videos, the ability to record your weights used to track progress and a place to track other progress metrics over time (measurements, photos, etc). All workouts for the month are nicely laid out in your app calendar with the option to adjust the workouts to days that suit you best! These workouts focus on building lean muscle, getting strong, and progressive overload so that you can actually see results instead of spinning your wheels!
- Extras: You will also have access to extra 'bonus' workouts each month including band only sessions for if you are travelling, deep core add ons, & more!

Access to both the community board on my website as well as in the training app group chat to connect with others, share wins, tips, products you love & more.

What is the cost?
The subscription is $65CAD/month + tax that runs as a recurring credit card payment billed monthly on the same day you join.
What equipment is needed for the at home program?
The at home strength program utilizes dumbbells and resistance bands. A bench is a bonus however a chair, step, or higher surface is a great alternative as well. The gym program utilizes various machines and free weights.
How many days a week is the training program?
There are four programmed strength days per week including 2x upper body days and 2x lower body days. Additionally, there are optional cardio/ active recovery days added to your calendar on the app as well. If you have less time to train you can adjust based on your goals ie: one upper, one lower, one cardio.
Are the meal plan samples diet specific?
No, they are not. They focus on nutrient dense, simple, high fibre and protein balanced meals but do not follow any specific diet.
What is the difference between this and your holistic health coaching program?
The Holistic Health Coaching program is a 1:1 private coaching offering where you will get a full onboarding assessment, fully customized nutrition and fitness alongside weekly check in support and accountability. This offering does not include a customized program or 1:1 support/ accountability.
Is this customized programming?
No, this is a group offering meaning we will all be following the same program for the 4 weeks and have access to the same meal plan samples. If you are interested in customized programming tailored to your needs, goals and body alongside accountability and support private coaching would be great for you!
Is there a minimum commitment?
For this offering there is no minimum commitment period. You can cancel anytime on your own!
